All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept payment via cash and cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex) and Discover.

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Castlerea and up to a 10km radius. Please check that you're within our delivery area before placing your order. Deliveries take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening and a €1.00 delivery charge applies to all online orders. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once delivery is complete. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Cancellation and Right to Withdraw

You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped or delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not warrant that the information on the Website is error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Website or purchase of our products.
