Out here on our bit of land in Castlerea, the hens roam free from dawn to dusk, peckin' at the soil, scratchin' under the hedges, and doin' just what hens are meant to do — and enjoy the fresh Roscommon air.
Our hens are more than just livestock — they're part of the family. We believe that happy hens lay the best eggs. Their wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that the wellbeing of our birds makes all the difference.
