We are a small, family-run place with a big passion for quality and care. Our hens roam happily and freely, producing the finest eggs, packed with goodness straight from nature.

TRADITIONAL WAY
OF FARMING
Our approach is rooted in the traditional way of keeping hens, slow, simple, and respectful of nature.
Our hens have access to outdoor areas during daylight hours, where they can forage and exhibit natural behaviors. This system aims to produce eggs with a higher quality and taste compared to more intensive farming methods.
We keep heritage breeds known for their temperament and egg-laying quality: mostly Rhode Island Red, along with a few Rhode Island White and Black Australorp hens.
We steer clear of industrial practices and take pride in doing things the old-fashioned way. For example, we don't wash our eggs with water, as this can remove the protective bloom and increase the risk of salmonella. Instead, we handle each egg with care, ensuring it reaches you as nature intended — fresh, safe, and full of flavour.
